JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?

hi my brother is in jail on false charges and he has had alot of court dates that has been postponed he has been in there over a year and still no evidence or dna and we are fighting to get him out and the person that put him there hasnt came to court what can we do
