considering most of these "criminals" at county are in for marijuana offenses and other non violent charges, one would think they would be allowed to see loved ones and be allowed to go outside. but instead they feel it is necessary to strip these pour souls of everything humans hold dear. they want the inmates to suffer and be miserable, no intention of actually helping or "rehabilitating" a person who is probably in the worst mental state of his life. pathetic u.s. justice system makes me sick

I am wondering if a chaplin has to be on a prisoner lists to see the prisoner and if there are specific times he can come? Thank you for your time
